Diagnosis
The option to download data changes was selected, although the option 'Use change pointers' in POI Customizing, (Data Transfer Parameters: Define general parameters for transfer) was not flagged.
System Response
Procedure
Change the settings in POI Customizing by flagging the option 'Use change pointers' (Data Transfer Parameters: Define general parameters for transfer, transaction OPLS).
If you don't use this option, it is not possible to download only data that was changed. A complete download will take place.
