Incorrect combination of fields for entry of operation dates

Diagnosis
When dispatching an operation, you can specify the new set of dates for the operation either by entering all date fields (date and time for each entry) or by entering a single date (date and time).
In this case, 16 fields were specified, however, one or more fields appeared several times while others were missing.
System Response
The operation cannot be dispatched.
Procedure
Check the date fields transferred.
