Fields for date and time do not agree

Diagnosis
When dispatching an operation, you can specify the new set of dates for the operation either by entering all date fields (date and time for each entry) or by entering a single date (date and time).
In this case, two fields were transferred, however, either the fields are not a date field and a time field or the two fields do not agree (for example, date of the start of processing, earliest dates, and time of the start of processing, latest dates).
System Response
Dispatching cannot be carried out.
Procedure
Check the dates transferred.
