You want to copy an order BOM level by level. The source entry plant is however different to the target entry plant.
You can only copy an order BOM level by level within a plant.
System Response
No BOMs are copied.
Procedure
Choose as a template, an order BOM whose sales order is contained in the same plant as the target order.
