Customizing inconsistency- business area is suppressed

Diagnosis
You want business area balance sheets in company code . Therefore, every asset has to be uniquely assigned to a business area.
However, in screen layout rule for asset class , you have suppressed the business class. As a result, the business class cannot be entered, and also cannot be copied from reference objects.
System Response
You cannot create any assets in asset class .
Procedure
Correct the Customizing inconsistency by setting the business area to 'ready for input' in screen layout rule .
