Retirement is not allowed for items not yet settled in periodic settlemnt

Diagnosis
You have selected line items for retirement from an asset under construction that belongs to an investment measure. These line items have not yet been settled to the asset under construction.
The system only allows you to retire line items that have already been capitalized to an asset under construction.
System Response
Procedure
Deselect the line items, or carry out a periodic settlement before the retirement.
