Diagnosis
You are trying to create a new depreciation area by transferring values from a different area. The rules for the +/- sign in the new depreciation area cannot be more restrictive than those in the original area.
For example, you cannot allow both a negative or positive net book value in the original area, and only allow a positive value net book value in the new area.
