The system is not defined as an
System Response
The transactions in the PP components are released for use in your system, and cannot therefore be unlocked.
You can only use the unlocking functions if your system is defined as an SAP Retail System. In this case, the transactions in the PP component are usually locked.
Procedure
Use report GETSYSDEF to determine how your system is defined.
