Missing entry for partial retirement or partial transfer

Diagnosis
One of the following entry combinations is required for posting partial retirement or partial transfer (either intercompany or intracompany):
- Amount
- Amount and quantity, if the asset being retired manages a quantity
- Percentage rate
- Percentage rate and quantity, if the asset being retired manages a quantity
- Quantity
Entering a quantity is only allowed if there are only prior-year acquisitions or current-year acquisitions on the asset.
