Diagnosis

This asset was not created as an old assets data record, and therefore has no value segments. The capitalization or acquisition dates have not been maintained.

System Response

They are managed on the maintenance screen 'Gen.data'.

Procedure

A. If you want to process the asset as an old assets data record, enter a capitalization date in the 'Gen.data' screen.
or

B. If you want to change the asset, use the change transaction for master data and not for old assets data. Stop processing without saving.
