You cannot assign actual/calculated to measuring point.
A measuring point has been defined for the equipment that has a
different measuring point category to that which has been defined in
Customizing under "Measuring Point Counter Check per Document Type/ Activity Type".

Please change the measuring point category for the measuring point or
change the entry in Customizing.
