Diagnosis
You want to delete a renewal date. This is not possible in the following instances:
- The rule defined in the contract does not allow any changes
- The date to be deleted is already activated
System Response
You cannot remove the date.
Procedure
If necessary, deactivate the date or define a rule in the contract that is defined as changeable in Customizing.
