Diagnosis
You want to manually insert a new renewal date between two already existing dates. This is not possible in the following instances:
- The renewal rule that is defined in the contract does not allow any changes
- The new date is before a date that is already activated

Procedure
If necessary, deactivate the follow-up date or define a changeable rule in the contract.
