Procedure

Possible reasons:

  • The contract is unlimited

    -> Renewal is not necessary

  • The contract does not have a renewal option

    -> Assign an option in the contract master data as necessary

  • All renewal dates have already been used

    -> Assign a new option in the contract master data as necessary

  • The renewal has not yet been approved

    -> Enter the approval dates in the contract master data as necessary
