Diagnosis
You can only activate a renewal date for option "" if the contractual partner has approved the renewal. However, the date of the partner's approval has not been entered in the corresponding field.
System Response
The contract cannot be renewed without this approval.
Procedure
Enter the approval date.
Notes
To set whether an option is subject to approval, either define this in Customizing or make the setting for options with a "changeable" indicator in the contract.
