Diagnosis

Error occurred during transfer of the D-tape. The date of the last day of the settlement period is not within the time period of the settlement period. The data records from the external heating expenses settlement company probably have errors.

Procedure

Check whether you inserted the correct diskette or tape. Then try to carry out the external heating expenses settlement again. If the error still exists, contact the external heating expenses settlement company and check the data for the rent agreement to be settled.
