Diagnosis
This external heating expense settlement was carried out in an older release, therefore some data required for calculating the backdated adjustment of the advance payments is missing.
Procedure
Adjust the conditions using the corresponding function within the rent adjustment (free condition adjustment) or reverse the external heating expense settlement and carry it out again.
