Status change is only possible if the reported amount is zero

Diagnosis

Light is red = sales settlement is missing

Light is green = sales settlement exists

You have tried to change the light from red to green or vice versa by clicking it.

System Response

The system only permits this if no sales were reported for the corresponding period. The system automatically assigns a green light to periods for which sales have been reported.

Procedure

If you do not want the sales report to be saved, set the reported sales for this period to zero and change the light to red.

If you want to save the sales report, although you have not made any entry in the field, set the light to green. Status "Sales reported"
