The accounts for breakdown postings for the master settlement units of cost account have not been maintained, or are incomplete.
Procedure
Maintain the accounts in Customizing under "Accounts, Posting Key for Breakdown and Revenue Postings" -> "Settlement accounts for cost accounts (apport.costs)".
