Diagnosis

For reasons that cannot be clarified, no number was determined.

Please check whether:

  • the bank procedure for the house bank has been maintained
  • a number range has been created for the bank procedure
  • the number range is exhausted
  • customer-defined number assignment is to be used but has not been activated.
