You want to remind a tenant that approval has not yet been given. However, you have not defined a rent adjustment dunning procedure on current rental agreement .

The reminder is not possible.
Procedure
Define a dunning procedure for the rent adjustment in the rental agreement.
Notes
The dunning procedure for the rental agreement defines the intervals between reminders, the number of dunning levels and which correspondence activities are to be used for the reminder print. This dunning procedure is not identical to the FI dunning procedure!
