Diagnosis
You want to adjust the amount for condition type as part of a rent adjustment based on a comparative group. This condition type, however, could not be found for the internal comparative apartment that is part of the comparative group.
System Response
The system cannot include the comparative apartment when the comparative group rent is determined.
Procedure
An active agreement that is valid on the rent adjustment date and contains the condition type must exist for the internal comparative apartment.
