Diagnosis
You want to carry out a rent adjustment based on comparative apartments. The comparative group to which you have assigned the rental unit that you want to adjust, however, does not contain any apartments.
System Response
The rent adjustment cannot be carried out.
Procedure
Please maintain appropriate comparative apartments in the comparative group (menu: Comparative apartments -> Comparative group -> Maintain).
The required minimum number is stored in Customizing.
