Diagnosis
You want to enter a sales report for condition type of the displayed rental agreement. However, there are no sales rules (rules that determine how high the rent is dependent on sales) determined for this condition type in the rental agreement.
System Response
The system will only allow you to enter sales reports if sales rules exist for the agreement and the condition type.
Procedure
Check whether you have selected the wrong rental agreement or condition type by mistake. You can enter/display the sales rules in the "Change rental agreement" transaction on the condition screen by double-clicking the corresponding condition type.
