Diagnosis
The new rent calculated by means of the rent adjustment for a comparative group is smaller or the same as the old rent. The result would be a rent reduction.
A rent adjustment is generally only implemented for increases.
System Response
The rent adjustment is terminated for this apartment. The error message is noted in the log.
