Diagnosis
The new amount calculated for the condition on the basis of the rent adjustment is less than or equal to the old amount . This would result in a rent reduction.
System Response
This message is output either as an error or warning, depending on whether you have allowed rent reductions on the initial rent adjustment screen.
Procedure
If necessary, change the setting of the indicator that allows rent reductions on the initial screen.
