Diagnosis
The payment block () for open items has not been defined, or has not been defined correctly. Only payment blocks which cannot be changed in the payment proposal and which also apply for manual payment are permitted.
System Response
You cannot process the open items.
Procedure
Define the payment block for open items in the settings for the product type for the company code.
