Diagnosis

The start of the evaluation period for the account statement is after the key date of the evaluation period. This error can arise when you generate account statements via order management, since the system automatically uses the day after the key date of the last account statement as the start date for the evaluation period, but also retains the current key date.

Generate an account statement online.
