No corresponding flow data exists for release

Diagnosis
There is an entry in the release list that does not have corresponding flow data to be released.
Procedure
Release the entry despite the missing flow data. When you refresh the release list, the corresponding entry should no longer appear. You should now be able to enter new flow records for the loan.
