Diagnosis
The gross amount and the percentage rate could not be calculated for the net amount entered.
System Response
When you press 'return' the system will recalculate the net amount on the basis of the percentage rate displayed.
Procedure
Check the result. To arrive at the required net amount, you can try adjusting the net amount slightly. The gross amount can then be determined and then adjusted to produce the required net amount.
