Diagnosis
Entering a percentage rate for conditions of type installment repayment or annuity is neither beneficial nor necessary. The percentage rate is calculated automatically on the basis of the frequency defined in the settings.

Procedure
Check your entry. Two cases can cause problems: If you are using parallel areas or if you purchase after the first installment. If neither of these cases apply you can enter a percentage rate. Change the message type in this case to warning.

You can define when this system message is to be issued in accordance with your requirements.
You do this in Customizing as follows: Cross-Application Components -> Bank Directory -> Change Message Control.
