Change in portfolio changes valuation groups

Diagnosis
Portfolio valuation has been activated for the company code in Customizing. The valuation groups are structured according to the portfolio assignment. You should not therefore change the portfolio assignment.
System Response
The portfolio assignment cannot be changed.
Procedure
If an error has occurred when creating the securities account, delete the securities account and create it again using the correct portfolio assignment.
