You cannot delete the accrued interest flow.

Procedure

If you do not want the accrued interest flow you must avoid generating it by setting the 'traded flat' flag in the execution / settlement data.

If you do not want the accrued interest flow because the security is traded on the issue date (value date = issue date), then remove the inclusive indicator for the interest value date in the execution / settlement data to prevent the accrued interest flow from being generated.
