Diagnosis
No partners have been specified as letter recipients in correspondence activity for rental agreement and the related Real Estate objects.
System Response
No letters are printed.
Procedure
You can do one of two things:
- Add partners with corresponding role categories/roles to the Real Estate objects or
- Contact your system administrator.
Procedure for the system administrator
Change Customizing for the correspondence activity so as to allow existing partners of objects to act as letter recipients.
