Participation ID is assigned to the settlement unit either before or still after . This is implied by the end of the settlement unit or the start date of the next assignment.
System Response
The system does not accept this assignment. The settlement unit must always be assigned a (valid) participation ID.
Procedure
Either change the validity period of the participation ID or assign a different participation ID to the settlement unit for the period in which participation ID is not valid.
