Diagnosis
Either no regional location key has been assigned to the settlement factor or the regional location keys were not meant to be used (see tenancy law-dependent parameter).
System Response
The system cannot carry out a settlement dependent on participation period without a regional location key.
Procedure
To carry out the settlement for the selected settlement factor with heating days, activate the regional location key maintenance for tenancy law-dependent parameters and maintain regional location keys in the settlement unit maintenance.
