Diagnosis
The current rental agreement is set to get the pass-on percentage rate from Customizing (Fixed pass-on field is selected).
The related business entity belongs to tenant law and regional location .
System Response
The system cannot calculate the rent adjustment if details are missing in Customizing.
Procedure
You can do one of two things:
- Directly enter a pass-on percentage rate for the contract or
- Contact your system administrator to have the data maintained in Customizing.

Maintain the data for the pass-on percentage rate in Customizing.
