The assignment of a reference flow type to service charge key '' is not defined in Customizing.
System Response
You cannot select 'Final settlement' as the settlement type for this service charge key.
Procedure
You have two alternatives:
- Select another settlement type.
- Contact your system administrator if you need service charge key '' with settlement type 'Final settlement'.
Procedure for the system administrator
Assign the service charge key a reference flow type that is valid for the final settlement in Customizing.
Further notes
You can simulate settlement type 'Final settlement' with settlement type 'Advance payment', for which you must set the advance payment amount in the rental conditions to 0.00.
