You have tried to change the usage type from to .
Different reference areas have been defined for these usage types in Customizing.
System Response
The system permits you to change the usage under two conditions:
- This rental unit must have no active rental agreements.
- The "Amount per area unit" in the conditions may not be activated.
Procedure
If no active agreement exists, you can make the change. You must first prepare the total amount for input by choosing 'Edit -> Change total amount' in the conditions screen.
