Diagnosis

In addition to the due date, you have also entered the from-date or the to-date.

System Response

The system differentiates between three selection types:

  • Due date-related: you receive all the time-dependent data which is valid for a specific due date.
  • Period-related: you receive all data valid for a certain period. This period may, however, be open either at the start or at the end.
  • Without date: you receive all available data.

The system does not accept a combination of these selection types.

Procedure

Delete your due date and/or to-/from-date entry.
