Diagnosis
This rental unit participates in the external settlement of the heating costs. However, no basic shares (settlement factors, apportionment units) could be determined.
System Response
The basic shares are not included in the settlement.
Procedure
Enter an apportionment unit for the rental unit which is linked to a basic share type of the settlement company, for example, z.B. basic area with basic share: heating costs. If necessary, give the corresponding apportionment factor a basic share type in Customizing.
