Diagnosis
An initial index level must exist for start of indexing. This data is used as the calculation basis for determining the new rent when a rent adjustment for index-linked rental agreements is carried out. However, no initial index level could be found for the start of indexing you entered.

Procedure
Enter an initial index level for the start of indexing (Maintenance Index-linked rent adjustment). If this index level is not known for the start date, you can delete the 'index start' field and enter an initial index level yourself.
