Diagnosis
The following are possible causes:
- When you entered the data for the rent adjustment, you did not enter a basic rent increase for the rental unit.
- You entered the basic rent increase under other conditions, for example for "rent increase according to the representative list of rents" instead of for "rent increase according to comparative rent" or vice versa.
Procedure
Maintain the basic rent data necessary for rent adjustment.
