Diagnosis
Area types are assigned to apportionment unit . For this reason the apportionment unit is maintained in the area screen and then it is automatically copied as an apportionment unit.
System Response
The system will not accept your entries.
Procedure
If you want to define apportionment unit for the RU, go to the area screen and maintain the area types assigned to the apportionment unit there.
