Diagnosis
You are trying to declare room as a common room, although there are rental units assigned to it.
System Response
The system does not accept your entry. The room type you have entered will be overwritten by the original room type.
Procedure
If you want to declare room as a common room, you must first delete the rental units assigned to it.
