Diagnosis
If invoices have been assigned to a settlement unit, the program creates several posting lines that are later used for service charge settlement. However, there are no posting lines here.
System Response
Because the costs of the settlement unit cannot be determined, no credits can be made. It may be necessary to post the costs separately.
Procedure
Check which invoices have been entered for the settlement unit. Inform your system administrator with details of the error number.
