Enter an option rate for the object in the period associated with the posting date.

If the object is a correction item (CI) in the input tax adustment phase, you should calculate the composite rate using the option rate determination transaction for the period associated with posting date .

If the object is a correction item (CI) in the input tax correction phase, then calculate the composite rate for the month of December in the year in which the correction phase started.
