Service charge key & not intended for heating costs (Ten.law &)

Diagnosis
Only certain service charge keys can be used for heating expenses settlements (for example, asset maintenance). Other keys are intended for different cost elements (for example, property tax).
For the central heating systems you can only enter settlement units whose service charge keys are assigned to the heating expenses settlements.
This assignment also depends on the tenancy law.
Procedure
- Verify your entry and correct it if necessary.
- If your entry was correct, contact your system administrator.
Procedure for the system administrator
Check and correct the settings for the service charge key in Customizing as required.
