Diagnosis
The condition types define the amounts to be paid by the tenant in the settlement. The posting record, among other things, depends on these. The system has detected a Customizing error for this condition type.
System Response
The rental agreement cannot be included in the settlement.
Procedure
Correct the entries for the condition type in Customizing.
You can then restart the settlement run.
