Diagnosis
The condition types define the amounts to be paid by the tenant in the settlement. The posting record, among other things, depends on this. The condition type specified here, however, has not been defined in the central table (TZK01).
System Response
The rental agreement cannot be included in the settlement. Even though the amounts have been posted, it is not clear from the posting record whether they are advance payment or flat-rate amounts.
Procedure
Create the condition type in Customizing. You can then restart the settlement run.
